• Special Orders – Special orders are non-refundable and may not be cancelled once ordered. All lead times are completely approximate time frames and are subject to delivery delays and additional freight fees at any time. Tampa Bay Millworks is not responsible for special order delays caused by vendors.

• Returns - All stocking material returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee and must be within 30 days of purchase, as well as be in the original packaging. Any material modifications (including painting or cut trim) are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Pick-ups - Materials must be picked up within 30 days receipt. Materials left without authorization more than 30-days become the property of Tampa Bay Millworks and will be subject to necessary storage fees.
